Guidelines

1. To register for the congress using the online registration process, please click the “online registration” button below.

2. To register for the congress using the registration form, please download the “Registration form” by clicking on the button below. Complete the form legibly and send it by fax to (+33 1 70 94 65 25) or by mail with payment to:
(Le Public Système PCO – 38, rue Anatole France – 92 594 Levallois-Perret Cedex – France).

Registration Category Benefits

• Full Participant Registration

- Admission to all technical sessions and exhibitions.
- Congress kit including USB key with proceedings.
- Welcome reception, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks.
- Technical visits

If you wish to attend the Gala dinner, please register prior to the event as the number of attendees is restricted.

• Student Registration

- Admission to all technical sessions and exhibitions.
- Congress kit including USB key with proceedings.
- Welcome reception, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks.
- Technical visits

The student Registration fee includes benefits identical to full participant registration fee excluding the Gala dinner.
Student Registration is available for undergraduates.
Please add your university name and degree to the registration form.

• Accompanying Person
The Accompanying Person fee includes an invitation to the welcome reception and the Gala dinner

Technical Visits

1. If you wish to participate in a technical visit, registration during the early-bird Registration or Pre-Registration period is obligatory.

2. Registration for technical visits will be processed on a "first come first served" basis as the number of persons for each visit is limitated.

3. Accompanying person’s registration does NOT include Technical Visits.

4. Only one visit may be selected among the visits A~F

Due to limited admission, registration for some visits may be closed at an early date. The number of participants accepted is variable, depending on the visit chosen.

Payment Method

Registration fee should be paid in Euros only.
If the payment is not completed by the deadline for the specified period, the registration rate for the following period will be applied.

> Online registrations should be paid by credit card only.
> Registration (by paper form) should be paid by bank transfer or cheque.

Registration Notification

Registration Acknowledgement will be sent by e-mail on completion of your on-line registration.

Registration Confirmation

1. You will receive a registration confirmation letter by e-mail within two weeks of reception of the full payment.

2. Registration will not be confirmed until full payment is received.

3. You may modify your personal information after completing your on-line registration. If you wish to change the registration category or cancel your registration fee, please contact the secretariat by e-mail at registration@wcrr2011.org

An invoice can be issued at the welcome desk during the congress.

Cancellation and Refunds Policy

Cancellation should be made in writing to the congress secretariat by mail, fax or email.
All refunds will be made after the congress.
The WCRR 2011 is not responsible for the bank remittance fee or/and service charge.
The amount refunded will depend on the date of cancellation, as below:

Insurance and Charges

The SNCF and Le Public Système PCO cannot be charged for the interruption or cancellation of the congress occurred following outside events of political, social, economic or health matter, or any other independent event occurred beyond their control (force majeure). In case of cancellation, the congress cancellation conditions will be applied. The Congress registration implies full agreement of these cancellation conditions.

Adequate travel insurance coverage is recommended to participants (health, accident, repatriation, cancellation) before departure. The SNCF and Le Public Système PCO as organisers are not responsible for any accident due to or caused by participants and accompanying persons during or following the congress, or during any event organised around the congress.
