Application for Sponsorship

If you wish to become a WCRR sponsor, please fill in the Sponsor Booking form and send it to :

This Sponsorship Booking Form should be signed and returned with a 50% deposit payment.

Upon receipt of the Sponsorship Booking Form, the organiser will reserve the items listed on the form. Completion of the Sponsoriing Booking Form by the Sponsor shall be considered as a commitment to purchase the items.

On receipt of the Sponsoring Booking Form, an invoice will be sent to you, giving details of VAT and terms of payment.

VAT

All Sponsorship prices are exclusive of VAT and are subject to VAT at the local rate which will be added to the invoice. VAT in France is currently 19.6%.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

• 50% of amount due with signed Sponsorship Agreement
• Balance to be paid within 60 days of reception of the invoice
• For all reservation made after October 1st 2010, the total amount due is to be paid.

All payments must be received before the opening date of the Congress.

CANCELLATION

The organiser shall retain:

• 50% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/reduction is made between
September 1st, 2010 and October 31st, 2010 inclusive.
• 100% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/reduction is made
from November 1st, 2010 onwards.
