On behalf of the WCRR Organising Committee, I am honored to invite you to the 9th World Congress on Railway Research that will take place in Lille, in the North of France from May 22 to May 26, 2011.

The WCRR 2011 is an outstanding international meeting whose target is to promote exchange between researchers, manufacturers and operators as well as to share their experience.

It’s the best opportunity for promoting and fostering research’s added value for the transport world as a whole and more particularly for its clients, freight and passengers through the stakes of future mobility.

For the WCRR 2011 edition, the international community of railway research will make its contribution through eight federating and innovating challenges that are definitively client oriented.
