On behalf of the WCRR Organizing Committee, I am honored to invite you to the 9th World Congress on Railway Research that will take place in Lille, in the North of France from May 22 to May 26, 2011.

The WCCR 2011 is an outstanding international meeting whose target is to promote exchanges between the researchers, manufacturers and operators as well as to share their experiences.

It’s the right opportunity to promote and foster the research’s added value for the transport world by and large, and more particularly for their clients, freight and passengers through the stakes of future mobility.

For the WCRR edition 2011, the international community of railway research will make its contribution through eight federating and innovating challenges definitively client oriented.

Lille and its region, land of conviviality and gastronomy, at the heart of railway Europe, are more than happy to welcome you.
